1. The service
Said & Heard is a free app that guides a shared family moment of emotional skills. It is a parent tool; children do not use the app themselves. The service is intended for adults.
2. Not healthcare
Said & Heard is not therapy, a crisis service or trauma treatment, and does not replace professional help. If you need help, contact healthcare or crisis services. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
3. Account
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Responsible use
You agree to use the service for its intended purpose and lawfully. The service must not be used to harm another person.
5. Intellectual property
The content and structure of the service belong to Safety in Relationships Oy Ltd. Personal use is permitted under these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee a specific outcome. Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by mandatory law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms and will communicate material changes. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Governing law
